The Global Command Center is the heartbeat of CoreWeaveâs infrastructure, a high-intensity, 24â7 team responsible for the uptime and operational excellence of the worldâs largest GPU clusters. About the role:
As the Command Center Operations & Governance Specialist, you are a key architect of how we continue to evolve and strengthen our operations. You will own and evolve the processes, frameworks, and standards that define how our Command Center operates at scale, encompassing schedule structure and escalation matrices, as well as change management and continuous improvement. This is not a technical tooling role; itâs about reinforcing the operational discipline that sustains and scales our world-class command center in an ever-changing technological landscape.

The base salary range for this role is $109,000 to $145,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
