20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) Virtual Assistant to manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and support the overall sales process.
This role is critical in ensuring timely lead engagement, consistent follow-ups, and accurate communication of product or service information. The ideal candidate is responsive, organized, and confident handling both written and verbal communication with potential customers.
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Lead Management & Response
Lead Qualification
Appointment Setting
Sales Support
Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and product/service information
Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all outbound materials
CRM & Data Management
Customer Experience
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
